adult acne

If you are concern about your acne, and if you are not teenager,
you should think about your skin care.

Adult acne are really complicated and difficult to care.
maybe cause of hormonal reason, stress, diet, make-up,,,,, so many reason I can think of!!

However, I have seen a lots of successful improvement with simple care.
Someone who is concern about adult acne tend to dry out her skin too much because she believe that acne is caused by excess oil.

I would say it's both yes and no.

"excess oil" is happen when "oil and water balance of the skin" is not ideal.
so, if you take too much water off from your skin, your skin produce more and more oil to protect your skin.

This in not efficient for all adult acne but if you feel that your cheek is not to shiny(oily),
there is good chance to improve your skin with water based moisturiser:)

Winter is a time to look after your skin really carefully
because dry skin is tend to be less protection and fragile.
On top of it, skin doesn't produce as much oils which is skin protection as summer
so our precious skin needs really good care:)
